    Please review our policies to ensure the best experience for you and all our guests.

    Services and Prices

    We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change services and prices without notice to ensure the highest quality standards. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.

    Forms of Payment

    We accept Cash, Lotus NailBar & Spa gift cards, and credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex). Checks are not accepted. All tipping must be in cash only.

    Cancellation and No-Show

    Your appointments are valuable to us. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. More than two no-shows from the same client will result in no future bookings.

    Late Arrival

    Late arrivals may limit our ability to provide the full service. Services will only be rendered for the remainder of your scheduled time.

    Security Deposit

    For groups of 4 or more with double services per client, a 25% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your services. 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of group appointments.

    Gift Card

    Gift cards can only be used for services or products (excluding gratuity) and cannot be redeemed for cash. Non-refundable and acceptance of terms applies upon purchase or use.

    Lotus Guarantee

    We guarantee our work. If unsatisfied, please consult with your service provider to find a solution. Nail services are guaranteed for 3 days. No cash refunds for any services.

    Quiet, Please

    Please silence your cell phone to maintain a relaxing and tranquil environment for all guests.

    Children

    Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times due to sharp tools and salon materials. Staff cannot provide childcare.

    Jewelry / Valuables

    Please leave jewelry and valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    Privacy

    We collect personal information solely for bookings and salon updates. We never share your details with third parties.

    For Your Safety

    Clients with medical conditions should consult their doctor before services. Inform your technician or front desk about any conditions. We reserve the right to discontinue services to ensure safety.

    Lotus Etiquette

    Inappropriate or rude behavior is not tolerated. Technicians may terminate services if clients are intoxicated or behave inappropriately.
